Cohen Foundation gives $53,000 to help parenting students get through school.

Many of you are familiar with our Diapers for Diplomas program, but for those who aren’t, it’s a scholarship initiative designed to support college students who double as parents by providing diaper assistance - a full months supply of diapers each month for a full academic year.

As we enter the fourth year of this program, we’re thrilled to see growing interest and continued support as we work to expand the workforce through higher education.

We’re excited to share that the Cohen Foundation has made a generous donation to bolster our Diapers for Diplomas initiative, ensuring its continued success. We will be able to support 200 parenting students this academic year.

This milestone is the result of years of dedication, growth, and the unwavering persistence of our students. We eagerly anticipate the progress and achievements this year will bring for our student parents.

A heartfelt thank you to the Cohen Foundation, the Community Foundation, the Women’s Fund and the Junior League of Nashville for joining us on this venture and a shout out to to Jackson, and Pinnacle Bank who have supported this program from the start. It’s going to be a great year!
