How the Clinic Connections Program Works
Our program provides 50 free diapers to families during specific healthcare visits at participating clinics. Here’s how it works:
Free Diapers During Healthcare Visits: Families can receive 50 free diapers during qualifying visits to participating clinics. These visits include:
Child Immunizations
EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment) checkups
Well-mother visits
Adult flu vaccinations
No Insurance Restrictions: All families are eligible, regardless of their insurance type — or even if they have no insurance at all.
Multiple Participants, More Diapers: If multiple family members have qualifying visits on the same day, families can receive 50 diapers for each child or adult participating.
Choose Your Size: Families can select the diaper size that best fits their child's needs (sizes NB-6 are available).
To help us improve the program, a short survey must be completed by families before receiving diapers.
