What is The Wrap Off?

Corporate teams compete to wrap diapers for families in need. In this tournament, teams of eight colleagues race to wrap the most diapers over three hours, advancing through rounds until one team claims the title of Best Wrappers in Nashville.

Why Diapers Matter

Many families in Middle Tennessee struggle with “Diaper Need,” the lack of a sufficient supply of diapers to keep an infant or child clean, dry, and healthy. It’s a hidden crisis affecting millions of families across the United States. Every diaper your team wraps will go directly to local families, ensuring their babies stay clean, healthy, and dry.
Since 2013, Nashville Diaper Connection (“Nash Diaper”) has been Middle Tennessee’s only diaper bank, committed to ensuring every baby in Middle TN has enough diapers to stay clean, dry, and healthy. With the support of our community, we are supporting around 8,000 babies monthly through our network of community partner agencies, clinics, and colleges. We connect families with diapers because every baby deserves a healthy start.

How the competition works.

  • 1.Team Formation: Gather eight colleagues to represent your company
  • 2.Timed Rounds: Teams compete head-to-head in timed wrapping rounds
  • 3.Advancement: Winners progress through the bracket toward the championship
  • 4.Championship Round: The final two teams face off for the ultimate title
  • 5.Celebration: Winners receive trophies, recognition, and citywide bragging rights

What to expect on event day.

Your team will learn how to properly wrap and box diapers for distribution. It’s a simple process, but we’ll walk everyone through it before the competition begins. Throughout the day, teams will experience:
  • Refreshments and networking opportunities between rounds
  • Opportunity to meet some of our partners and learn about the good work being done in Middle Tennessee
  • Professional photography to capture your team in action
  • The satisfaction of knowing exactly how many families you've helped

Team Registration: $1,500

  • Entry for 8 team members
